Ownership of the work shown here

Every film, photograph, still, piece of copy, graphic and element of the design on this site is owned by XLNT Visuals or by our clients, collaborators and licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. The XLNT Visuals name and mark are ours.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, re-upload, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any of the material on it, or use it to train or fine-tune a machine learning model, without our written permission.

Some work is published here with a client's permission and remains theirs. A licence to use it is not implied by its appearing on this site. If you would like to use something you have seen here, ask us — we are usually happy to discuss it.

Inquiries you send us

The inquiry form is a way to start a conversation. Sending one does not create a contract, a booking, or any obligation on our part to take on your project, and we may decline any inquiry.

Please do not send confidential material through the form. Anything you submit is treated as non-confidential unless and until we have signed something that says otherwise. If your project needs confidentiality before you can describe it, say so in general terms and we will arrange an NDA.

You agree that what you send us is accurate, is yours to send, and is not unlawful, abusive or infringing.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages or disrupts it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site's media or content

• Misrepresent your affiliation with XLNT Visuals or with anyone else

Links to other services

This site links to external services such as Instagram, and can embed films hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you go there or press play. See our privacy policy for what that means for your data.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Project descriptions, capabilities and timelines shown here are illustrative; nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a particular result.
