About XLNT
Made in the edit
XLNT Visuals is a visual production studio built around cinematic storytelling. We shoot our own work and we finish our own work, which means the film that gets planned is the film that gets delivered.
The approach
Most production companies hand the footage off at the end of the shoot day. We don't. Editing, colour grading, sound design and VFX all happen here, by the people who were on set — so decisions made on the day are made with the finish already in mind.
That's the reason for the range. Commercial films, documentary, combat sports and social content look like different jobs, but they're the same craft applied at different speeds. A tournament highlight that has to be out in 48 hours and a documentary shot over a season both come down to knowing what to keep.
There's no house look applied to everything. Grade, pace and mix get decided by what the piece is. The through-line is intent — every frame is there for a reason, and anything that isn't earning its place gets cut.
How a job runs
01
Conversation
What the film has to do, who it's for, and what it has to fit inside. We'd rather say no early than deliver something that misses.
02
Plan
Treatment, references, shot list, schedule. The edit gets designed here, not discovered afterwards — it's what keeps shoot days short and useful.
03
Shoot
Small, fast crews. Enough kit to do the job properly and not so much that the room stops behaving normally.
04
Finish
Story edit, colour grade, sound design and mix, all in-house. You see cuts as they develop rather than a reveal at the end.
